I have been looking for a dog for a while. I came across the website, www.minibernedoodlepupshome.com which seemed to be legit and have reasonable prices. I was in contact with the seller, Dacori Tillman, for a few days. I "applied" via the website and he sent me an email with pictures, videos, and questions about myself prior to being approved for the purchase of the dog. The dog was then purchased for $1,400 in two increments over two days via Zelle, and said to be delivered the next day. They connected me to "Noak Ark Travel" (area code of Texas) who then said they had the dog at their facility and they requested $1,800 via cash app, Western Union or American Express Gift Cards, that would be refunded 99% once dog was delivered. I knew it was a scam at this point. I told the gentleman by the name of "Josh Morgan" at Noak Ark Travel that I wanted to cancel and to return the dog to Dacori. Dacori was sending me threatening text messages as was this service saying they were going to sue me for abandoning the dog. Dacori was going on and on about how could I do this and I need to pray the dog is OK. They were the same exact person. There is no dog.

He then blocked my phone number and will not return the funds. I have filed a police report in NY, NC and reported it to the Federal Trade Commission. This website and this individual needs to be shut down. I have all documentation, text messages, contract agreement, emails, etc..
