April 2022, I began correspondence with "Jane" and other telecommunicators regarding lack of quality for this USD 237 wig -- the lowest quality and composition wig I and several others (salons, beauticians, knowledgeable friends) have ever seen. When I requested a reimbursement (no documents were included in package), I was given an address in China 5-6 address lines) and told I would only receive 1/2 reimbursement. When I took the wig to international mail/delivery company, the clerk suggested it would not be worth insuring as most likely would never arrive at destination (appeared to be large warehouse area). The cost for return to China was expensive. Again -- No return information in package and I had to do most communications on line. My Order # was: 12141476 and I sent them photos at their request.
RECOMMENDATION: Under no circumstances, purchase anything from this company! As far as I can observe, they have a scam/counterfeit parent company in China.

I I bought a wig for 109$. And when I got it it looked nothing like the one I ordered. I'm having the same experience as the other women who have shared about minewigs being a scam! How to save up for this wig and I got ripped off! Please don't order from this company they are no good!

Like the many reports listed above, I received a wig that was not what I had ordered. I wanted a refund and sent it back to them (slow boat to China apparently) via USPS tracking which was lost in customs. So, I'm not only out the initial cost of the wig but also the return shipping cost. Expensive lesson learned...check out the company you are dealing with BEFORE you hit "purchase". This company gets your money, ships you any wig they want and politely drop out of sight! "Sayonara Suckers!"

Hi. Call your bank. Put in for a fraud charge. Explain to them what happened. Usually I tell them I was ripped off I returned the item. They won’t give me my money back. The Banks I.e Credit Card Company are insured for that reason. I do it when I’m ripped off. Good Luck it works. Mimi

I lost at least half my hair due to Covid. I have over 30 messages back and forth. So helpful until they get your money. I sent a picture of the wig I wanted and another of the color I wanted. Waited weeks to get the wig only to get a wig that was garbage. Looked nothing like the picture I sent and the color was hideous. Finally they agreed to giving me $20.25 cents back for something I threw away. Address was California but they are actually in China. This place is a scam. They sell garbage and rip people off. Please don't ever buy anything from them. I like so many others learned our lesson the hard way. Please, please stay away from this place. It's trash

Not legit, wigs were not human hair as describe. Their return policy said they will refund full amount if item is returned however when i wanted to return it, but said they are base in China & postage will be too much & not guaranteed that they will receive item for it might get lost in the mail then offered to Give me part of the money instead of returning but never happened. Email is the only way to contact, been contacting & just keep promising, waiting for more than 4 months now. Please don’t order from this company. Waste of money.It’s a scam, they will send you a Wig that looks totally different in their website. Ordered 2 human hair wigs worth $275 each but receive something very cheap looking & not made of human hair. There’s No actual address & tel. Number in their website. This company is actually base in China but gives you an impression that it’s here in USA.

So disappointed and in tears

I am losing the front of my hair due to medical and stress issues. I’m a senior and not able to work due to a permanent injury after being a victim of a violent crime. I ordered a wig from Minewig.com and waited a long time to get it. I messaged the company and got a return message so I was happy to know that it was on its way. I received it today, it was definitely not the wig I ordered and was very small, I ordered a large but it barely covered my head. The cut and color was not at all what the picture looked like and when I tried several times to make it work I got so upset I just cried. The money I spent was not easy to come by and now I just feel stupid and cheated. Please, if anybody is thinking of ordering from this company, please don’t. It breaks my heart to know that I was scammed and have lost money I scraped together to pay for it.

THIS COMPANY IS A TOTAL SCAM! DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM!
My experience with them is exactly as all the other complaints. The wig I ordered was nothing like what the picture was. Wrong wig, wrong color, and it smelled terrible! I asked for a refund - back and forth for 2 weeks. Finally they said that they would give a partial refund ($13}. If I wanted full refund, I would have to send it to China for $80 to return! I have asked for a return address 3 times and they have never sent one. This is what they have on their website about returns:

the company gives the illusion that they are located in los Angelos, but in fact they are china based. they say that they will take returns. that might be true, but you have to ship them back to china. they are dishonest and their quality is subpar.

I bought a wig due to hair loss because of medications following heart surgery. The wig received was not what was indicated in the picture of what I ordered. Contacted company to begin return . Website does not give ability to enter reason for return. Therefore, not able to go through website. Many emails back and forth with Minewig, a company that promises good quality and accurate product. If you Google co., It states a Los Angeles address, but bank notes a China one. It is all a terrible fraudulent company. Went back and forth in emails for about 2 weeks and they wanted me to pay 20.00 shipping. I refused because I knew from other complaints that you ultimately won't get your money back. Because I went through PayPal, I received partial refund, and the Minewig company was able to steal the other half. Total disgrace! Please don't ever consider buying from this company. They are a Chinese theft group with a USA front.

I’m so sorry this happened to you. I just received the wig I ordered from them and it was definitely not the style or size I ordered. I cannot work due to an injury, I am a senior now, was a victim of a crime and permanently injured. I’m in tears as I respond to you. This is a terrible thing to do to people.

The same thing has happened to me. I have ordered a human hair wig, but the wig that I got is not human hair, it is a cheap material and totally diferent cut than the photo that is shown in their website. I immediately wanted to return it, but they haven't provided me with the return authorization number and refuse to give me a full refund. They make it almost impossible to return since these wigs comes from China ( they don't tell you that on their website) and they claim the fee to return is $80 which they want you to pay for it. This Company is totally a SCAM. Don't buy any wigs from them, you will loose your money!

I purchased from minewig.com and ordered a specific high quality wig and color which so happens to be the sample photo of a model wearing it on their website. 4 weeks later this wig comes to me in a different color entirely, different cut, different texture and cheap material. I reached out to minewig.com customer service via email and told them that they sent me something completely different. I asked for a refund and a return label so i can send them their unworn wig. They have been toying with me for 2 weeks, only offering partial payment as if this is my fault. They are also asking me to send back the wig myself at my cost as well. I've provided clear proof by providing images showing the error is theirs and not mine, therefore a refund should be provided. They are refusing to give me a full refund. In addition, i came across other people who have experienced the EXACT same issue online on the complaint forums. They are being shipped any type of cheap wig and not what they actually ordered. Then the collect the money and refuse to correct it or refund it. I wanted to share this fraud practice to avoid anyone else loosing their money to their scam business.
