Shows beautiful crystal mugs, but what you get is a dollar store item. It’s smaller, it has a metal insert not shown or mentioned. I’m sure it’s included because this resin is probably poisonous. It is made of some white resin and spray painted to try to make it look like it. But it is nothing like it. And when you try to get a refund they reply once with a generic message saying that they received the message and that they would respond in a couple of days. But they never responded after that. So I’m stuck with 3 ugly mugs. If u see the pics they are a total scam. A lot of them were ordered as gifts, which I’m certain the person receiving the gift doesn’t say anything bad about it since it was a gift. So these scammers are showing you one thing and shipping something else. I found the add on Snapchat. Don’t ever buy a mug from mineralmug.com
