I saw an instagram ad for this company and purchased a dress from there. After several weeks I still had not received my item or even a notification that it had been shipped or any way to track it even though I followed the instructions on the website. When I reached out to the company they said that it takes 5-7 days to process and then up to 8-14 days to ship. If that was true I should have already received my item some time ago and yet they claimed it was still "processing."

I requested a refund and still have not received it. They keep claiming it will take up to 30 days each time I inquire.
