However, despite the fact that my PayPal account was charged the $399 fee, my Mind Valley membership has not been activated yet.
I have contacted the Customer Support Department via email, imessage, Whatsup, and Facebook.
I have also contacted Jeffrey Allen on his own website, as well as Vishen and Kristi Anier via their Facebook accounts.
Despite my efforts to communicate the issue and to have it resolved in a timely manner, my emails and messages were completely ignored.
All I have received from the MindValley customer support representatives is automatic emails that are vague and have not amounted to any efficient action and palpable outcome.
Unfortunately, I have not been able to find a phone number where I could reach the MindValley Customer Service Department so I could have this issue resolved.
I have requested that the $399 membership fee be refunded in its entirety, but I have not heard from anyone in that regard either.
