I ordered from this company on 2-24-2024 Order # 1707 and never got the product. I used Zelle through Wells Fargo #2867999463 . Felix Sagar is the name for the transfer with another name of Ngalle Njume connected to that name and email. The personThe package was shipped by fast track usa (which I will file another claim against) the shipping company is demanding $460 total for delivery and the product is still with this carrier. I reached out to the company no response.

I filed a claim with Wells Fargo and Zelle today.
