I was sent an email from Milton Wiley Carlson at [email protected]. He said he works for US Aid. He said he'd been transferred to FL. He said I could only drive by the house and see it for the outside. The Rent Application form asked for my: name, address, phone, workplace, income, kids, and pets. He then asked me to send a $1300 security deposit to Woodforest National Bank, inside Walmart, using acct #1402635401 routing#113008465 and Swift code: WONAUS44. I said I wouldn't deposit money into an international account, he told me to go to Wells Fargo and deposit it into an account for Floyd Willey, account number 8118637951

Routing number 121000248. I believe these banks know they are being used for scammers because you have to show identification to open an account at a bank. I will be in touch with the banks. I knew this was a scam from the very beginning because this ad was on FB Marketplace and I found the same house, 6146 Dajana Drive, Westerville, OH 43081 on Zillow for double the rent. Also, any ad that says utilities are included, is a scam!
