I purchased a Shih Tzu teacup puppy, on Saturday . Sent money by Money Gram. Only way , he would accept payment. He promised to ship the puppy to Canada on Sunday. Never happened. Monday, he says I need an Electronic Crate to ship puppy because too cold in cargo.

I needed to send 540.00 to him to ship the puppy. Once puppy arrives to me, I would return the crate, and by reimbursed 500.00.

I told him, no I was going to call airline. He didn't like that.

Called airline, no such thing as electronic crate to ship! They told me it's a scam! Probably no dog being shipped either!

And there wasn't .

He has rejected my phone calls, and ignored my emails. No reply.
