His name is Rashad Miller and he claimed to be a realtor. He asked for $70 to run the application and said we could see the house once approved. We were approved but then he said he couldn't show us the house until we paid half of the deposit down. When I told him I could not find his company or his name online he totally ignored it and only talked about trust. I spoke to him one time on the phone but it sounded like he was in an empty room and I could not understand anything he was saying.
