Ordered from this company in March 2023. Was told after a month of waiting that my package had been delivered to my address, in which it hadn’t, and that basically I was a liar by stating that I hadn’t received my package. After pressing the issue, I was told by the company that their logistics team, delivered the package to the wrong address, in May. I have been requesting a refund for at least two months now and I have yet to receive anything. It is now July 2023.

I was on Facebook and they said everything was on sale and later they showed the name but I ordered 11 items on the beginning of march and they sent a tracking number and it kept saying in process so I kept emailing them so last week it showed it was in New Orleans then Thursday it said it was delivered on Wednesday but Wednesday it still was in china ???? so I left a message as usual but I see other people now has went through the same thing there using Facebook for people to trust the website, I know that’s why I did it
