Jeff Davis has been calling and leaving voicemails for me. He states that there has been a formal complaint filed against me, that I need to call back "the department" to avoid further action. He gives me a file name with my first and last initial. They called my brother first asking for my information, and now they are calling my mother. I called back the number they left, and a woman answers saying "Corporate Office". I asked what company they were with, she gave me an attitude and said "Miller Simmons", I told her Jeff Davis has been calling my family and I would like to know what this is in regards to. She said she did not know who Jeff Davis was, that I was still in arbitration and that she would transfer me to my case manager. She transferred me to a guy named Brian. He right away asked for my social and birth date. I told him that I would not provide anything, but that I wanted to know what this was all in regards to. He got upset with me. He told me it didn't matter, because he had all of my information right in front of him. He said that they tried to serve me that day and it failed. He get getting upset and was very rude. He kept asking how he could help me but refused to give me any information on what this matter related to. The next day, they called a different family member of mine. I called back and the lady answered and I asked for information, she refused. I asked for her email and she said okay and then hung up on me. I continued to call and she continued to hang up. Jim Sanders picked up and argued with me, he was so rude! would not provide anything. I asked for a court case # or anything in relation to this issue. He refused and threatened me. I have contacted my attorney.
