Doug told me to send money to his office assistant at his broker biz he did at home assistant name is Shannarey Brown and his CASH APP ID is Dinestyking....today I realized Doug had money transferred to him first so couldn't be traced back to him
I did submit report of FRAUD to Bank of America and they are working on getting my money back
This whole thing started I got contacted by Douglas Miller via text on June 13 I had gone to his website https://millerdouglas576.wixsite.com/gaincap
and asked him for more info ...Website seemed legit says he works for Gaincapital its international broker investment company. Doug promotes himself as an excellent broker who has helped hundreds of people not only get out of debt but also make lots of money doing trades with him like a full-time job establishing home biz thru Doug. He says once you make him your broker to get out of debt he will work with you to have Business at home with him as your broker thru the company he works at called Gaincapitol out of Bedminister NJ.

Doug has atleast one more instagram account that reference Gaincapital with address and logo as proof that he is legit and all of them have hundreds of pics of people he supposedly has helped get debt free and make thousands a month because of as second income. The pics seem to be copied from other sites of Forex brokers.
On Tuesday 16th of July, Doug promised to set me up a trading account with him thru Gaincapitol and send me his portfolio and his broker contract signed with his info and biz info. Also send me several reports per day how my account was doing ...and all i had to do is send his assistant Shannarey Brown His ID is Dinestyking on CASH APP $400 and in 30 minutes i would have my account and login and contract and be making money 24 7 instantly? At first, he said Id make at least $3000 in 4 weeks then he said maybe $1500 and at very least double my $400 money in couple weeks? On his Instagram he says people make Thousands a day to hook people into his scam. I sent thru CASH APP to Mr Brown $400 and waited for my account info and log in and everything else Doug promised to send me. After ignoring me for 2 days not responding to all my texts or phone calls wondering where everything he was supposed to send me where was it...He never answered his phone 7323388481 it does not have voicemail very odd never answers it. later that day Doug tells me in text he is very busy working at Gainscapitol with hundreds of people helping them and he has more important things to do then send me access to my account info with him and me doing biz with him contract ...he cant answer his cell phone while he is at work and I'm wrong for asking about where is my account info and contract with Gainscapitol cause he has no time to set up my account I should just settle for his emails reporting what my account is doing but he never sent me any emails ... ?
Then next morning he sends me screen shot via text msg from his phone to my phone showing me telling me my account with him in last few days went from $400 to $864 and I NEED to send him $200 right away so I can make alot more money by end of month. So I tell him he knows how poor i am told him personal info about how took care of my father 24 7 from 2011 to 2017 and am very poor have no job no income other than disability i have cancer. And even if I had money I would not send him another penny untill he sends me my account info and login and his company contract signed by him like he promised 5 days ago ..
Saturday July 20th i text him saying he was acting like scam he had no time for 5 days to do what he promised week ago that he would do set up my account give me log in and reports and contract from Gains showing im in business with him as my broker all which only takes at most 30 minutes and should of been done before sent him money but he had plenty of time to ask me for more money? He twists everything i say so im always wrong he is always right like im wrong for asking and im the only one that wants login. How else can i see what my account is doing and how can i be legally connected to him without a account and contract. To which he replies Because Im such pain in [censored] about it and keep asking him to do what he said he would do week ago he is keeping my money and blocking my phone number on his cell phone ? Then he says some horrible evil things about me and my father and tells me my father should be ashamed of me cause I'm such loser i should commit suicide ..I have every text msg he ever sent me on my cell phone i will be happy to send them to you when i figure out how. He told me not to report him cause he always gets away with it never gets caught and Ill seriously regret reporting him if i do.
Monday morning 22nd I called Gaincapitol in Bedminister NJ and they said they never heard of Douglas Miller he has no right to use them as proof he is legit and what he did to me is scam. When broker gets new client their account and the broker contract should be in place before any trading is done...or any money sent direct to broker no one else ...I cant be only one he has done this too...no excuse for what he did
He has website and Instagram accounts that say he works for Gaincapital I checked with ScamPulse.com and all they have for Doug are 3 BAD REPORTS for GainCapital all describing what i said above that he did to me Doug has done to others which changed A plus grade at ScamPulse.com for Gainscapital to A minus because guy named Doug Miller is committing fraud identity theft using Gains Capital claiming he works for them to prove to world he is not a scam
I filed report with FTC and am amazed how fake and what scam the man who calls himself Douglas Miller is
He claims to have been broker with Gaincapital for many years thats a Lie
He has fake website and several instagram sites that claim he has helped hundreds make thousands
some of his posts say 10 thousand dollars in 1 day he says everything he can to bait hook people into his SCAM
His only phone number 7323388481 is cell phone and is nowhere listed on google and it does not have any voicemail
how strange for someone doing business as supposed legit broker to be so hidden and untraceable and not have phone at his job with Gainscapital which is foundation to his scam he dont work their

other than free website he made with their logo and info listed on it and some instagram accounts

everything about him i found out too late says he is SCAM
He uses ScamPulse.com score from Gaincapital to prove he is legit
He also claims to be connected to FOREX i dont know anything about trade and stocks how broker does what he does but if he does not work for Gaincapital how is he trading he said he has several trading accounts
Not only do I want at least my money back $400 but I want him shut down so he dont SCAM Anyone else ever again and STOP him from giving Gaincapital bad name because of his unprofessional illegal doings
