I ordered online and paid via PayPal. Emails came saying the order shipped, and a tracking number was given. I realized then the order was coming from China and not Toronto. I followed up with emails asking for shipping updates. A vague email came back. I looked up the website and now that website directs you to https://www.wien-atelier.com/.
