I purchased "No Heat Magic Hair Curlers" from milkyspoon.com on December 20, 2022. I received one email stating the they received my order (order #108464). I have checked the status of my order through their webpage and it always says it is being processed. Knowing it is the holidays I gave them some time. I emailed them on January 4, 2023 enquiring about the status of my order and still have received no response. I then tried contacting them through their "contact us" page asking about my order and have not heard anything. I then tried calling them (multiple times) using the phone number provided on their page (833-647-7666) and the number does not exist. After digging a little more into the company running milkyspoon.com (The Gadgets Company, LLC), I have found other reviewers sharing similar experiences. At this point, I don't even want the product; I just want my money back.
