I ordered a Halloween Talking Animated Pumpkin on Sept. 19, 2020 for $37.83. On October 5th I contacted them as I noticed my pumpkin still wasn't shipped yet and asked for my money back. They insisted that it was on backorder and will be sent soon. On Oct 8th it was sent - from China. That should have been a red flag. Well I finally received my pumpkin today and it is nowhere near what I ordered and looks like a dollar store item. I have yet to hear back from them after I confronted them and asked for my money back.

Company promoting products owned by official companies (ex. They ship you a package which weighs 10ozs but should be around 3 lbs for each item. I refused the package from the USPS when it arrived, it was so tiny it fit in my mailbox (I ordered 3 pumpkins). Filed complaint with Postal Inspector.
