I ordered my item in early June and received it at the end of July even though their website states it takes 5-10 business days. After a month passed and my item still didn't ship, I emailed them several times asking not to ship the item and have not received 1 email back. I finally received the item. The dress I received is a cheaper version of what was pictured. I emailed them several more times (over 10 emails) to return my item and still not 1 response. There is no phone number listed to contact them, email is the only form of communication. Over 2 months have passed and I have still yet to receive 1 email or a refund. I tried to leave multiple reviews on the website but they have not posted my review. My two friends also ordered items from this website and they had the same issue; an item that comes over 1 month late, is a cheaper version and no returned emails

I purchased two outfits from this company milkandchoco.com. This was two weeks ago. I sent numerous emails to them trying to cancel my order because I had a feeling that it was a scam when they didn't send me a shipping confirmation. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!
