I originally saw Mild & Choco ads on Instagram and Facebook and decided to give it a try. I have been trying to return a dress I purchased from them for one month now and still have not received any reply from their support email contact. The dress that arrived was very poor quality material and the length/dimensions were not what was pictured on the website. This isn't the first issue with this purchase either. I paid for priority shipping to try and get the dress in time for an important event but two weeks went by without me hearing anything. At that time I emailed their support and got an email the next day that my order had been processed and shipped and then got a shipping notification email three days later (now 17 days after I placed my order). I've now emailed them five times over the last month to try and start the return process and have yet to hear from them. This disparity in response time clearly suggests that they monitor their emails and ignore any ones that ask for your money back. There is also no other way provided to contact them besides this email address.

I used this website that I saw advertisements for on Facebook to order a dress for my bridal shower. I spent $79.90 on two dresses and the quality was terrible. Nothing like it was advertised. I ordered a white floral dress, upon opening the dress it had the same material as a shower curtain. It was clear and see through, nothing like the picture. When I went back to the website to return the dress, it said by e-mail only. I have e-mailed the company several times and received nothing back. Extremely frustrating, I just want my money back and to return the dresses.

This "brand" is being promoted everywhere on social media for their very stylish clothing that's always "on sale". They also claim to offer free returns and exchanges. I ordered clothing from there and received it at about half the size they claimed it would be. It was fine though because they described an easy process for exchanges. I have now emailed their "support" more than 8 times to exchange or get a refund and have received nothing in response. They have no "support" and no ability to exchange products they send you that are far inferior than the items they are advertising on their site.

On June 16, 2018 I saw an ad on Facebook selling women clothing. I purchased a summer dress for $39.95 plus a $1.20 2nd charge found on my statement. I did not receive item in timeframe given therefore resulting in a contact by me to cancel order and credit my credit card. To no avail. Not even a reply from milkandchoco.com. I've now sent 6 emails demanding my money returned, still no return of a reply. After reading about this fake business and all those who have had the same experience, it is time to get something done to shut down whomever is scamming many innocent people.

This company's clothing appeared in my Facebook feed. I ordered a dress and a jumper. The website assured me of 100% satisfaction guaranteed and free shipping and returns. They neglected to tell me that items would be sent from China with a long shipping time. I contacted the company two days after purchase for tracking info and to confirm the items would arrive in time for a certain photo shoot with my family. They responded telling me that the items had already shipped. I came to find out several days later that the items had NOT yet shipped. I attempted to cancel the order and received no reply from customer service. It took me almost 3 weeks to receive the items from CHINA. They were terribly constructed and poor quality- clearly not the clothing from the advertisements. These were cheaply made knock offs. My attempts to reach customer service have gone unanswered.

Upon receiving my items purchased, I wanted to return them all because of the poor quality and fit. I contacted the email contact listed on the website for returns on May 14, the day I received my shipment, within 14 days of the return period. On the website, it says that they respond within 1-2 business days. It's now May 22, 7 business days after I first contacted them. I also emailed them twice more. I don't believe I'll be getting a return shipping address or form to return the items and believe my money is lost.

I ordered this item on 3/16/18, it is now 4/7/18 & I haven’t heard anything. The tracking says my order is “processing.” When I emailed the contact email 2 times I haven’t heard anything back. I’ve emailed to cancel my order & I have emailed to complain. Neither email was responded to. I have not received my order to show any pictures. I’m sure I won’t be happy with the item & I won’t even bother returning because I’m sure I won’t get my money back. Lesson learned.
