Me and my husband saw a labrador retriever on milk and honey labradors located supposedly in virginia beach we wanted to buy. Contacted the seller gave me all the information I needed and also sent additional pictures like I asked . I sent him 650 dollars thru zelle which he said shipping was free because of a voucher he had . The next day after he sent me a text he was at the courier center and let me know when everything was done and the courier company would email me all tracking information. Thats when it got really fishy the email from starbridge pet movers who i am also going to report again was asking for another refundable 998 dollars for insurance thru Zelle. Then I contacted the number on the website the guy answered the phone like I called his home not a business. Could barely speak English and said just send the money ok ... no I will not then I knew. Then I contacted the seller asking a valid address for the courier and he refused to give me one said I was confused and making a big deal out of nothing. I felt like an [censored] because I hadn't looked into it sooner. So called the airport near where they we located and they never heard of the courier service. Looked them up online and big letters said Star Bridge pet movers scam. Called my bank to stop payment on the 650 they couldn't because zelle is a cash transaction that's how they get away with it. I have been asking for a refund of my 650 for 2 days now I seller just texts me back yes I'm still here. JUST REFUND ME MY MONEY so infuriating. So 650 dollars lost and no puppy.
