I went to this business for a facial that I purchased on Groupon. The business owner performed additional services on me without asking. She just started doing them so I thought they were included in my facial. She also recommend me products to buy which I consented to. She charged me $*** for “extra services” I was never asked if this was ok. Then I get home and see the bank charge which included the products and its $*** than i had approved. I did not sign for this transaction or receive a recipet. asked the merchant for a receipt and was sent a screenshot with products selected. It was not a receipt it did not have my name, card number, and showed a fake total at the end. I reported this to my bank as fraud and am waiting to hear back. I researched other reviews after and I see other customers have had the same exact issue. Unfortunately, one of the other clients also submitted a bank claim but the owner lied so the customer who was scammed did not receive her money back.
