Colin Holmes representing Milesaway Consulting contacted Postage Express today about purchasing USPS Forever stamps at a discount price. He offered to sell us a book of 20 stamps for $8.00 a book and if we bought over 100 books the price would drop to $7.00 a book. We received our email and information regarding his information. Looked him up with the Raleigh Chamber of Commerce and then Better Business Bureau in Raleigh and got no such listing from both agencies. We would like to put a stop to his scamming small businesses. Thank you for your assistance.
