Caller called and said his name was Mr. *** and he was from Miles Litigation. He claimed to be calling on behalf of *** *** ***. He was collecting on a loan that I had in the past. When I asked for the loan information and the information from the company he was calling from he got upset. He asked if I was denying the loan, I said I am unfamiliar with the company. He wouldn't give me the amount of the loan, but did said I would be sued for 3000. He then told me I was going to be sued, that they were going to send information out to my employer and he gave me the lawsuit process, that wasn't the lawsuit process. He also asked about my checking account and it was an old account. A very old account. It was obvious this was a scam, but I want to make sure no one else gets scammed.
