Luis, owner, took window measurements and said he needed a deposit to order the windows. Deposit was given and he said he would keep in touch to schedule install (he did not keep in touch, only responding to me after multiple calls and texts). This last Thursday evening he sent me a text saying my windows had been damaged during transport (I had ordered 16 windows) and that he would be in touch. He did not follow up and I told him I felt like he had never ordered the windows and had taken my money with no intention of getting them. I asked for my money back and after I sent many calls and texts he said he would give me my deposit back, in cash, today. He did not give me back my deposit and he is not responding to calls or texts. He did say his business was not doing great and that he had to pick up a second job. I have a feeling his window company is actually no longer up and running, but he is taking people's money and not providing the windows.
