I place an online order on May 22, 2021 with Milan Choice. My purchase included 4 items. I used my paypal acct and was sent an email saying my order was being processed and i would get a tracking number. I received an email stating 1 item was out of stock what did i want to replace it with and that was on 5/24/21. Then on 5/27/21 they pretended to not receive my email response and asked again about the item I guess stalling for time to take the money from my bank. So on 6/7/21 I asked about the status and said I answered there question previously why don't I have a tracking # I see the money was taken from my acct. They responded on 6/8/21 here is your tracking #. I clicked the link which took me to some bogus tracking sight which stated label was made on 6/8/21 but no item has been presented. S i sent another email and they claimed it was being shipped to just give it another day or 2. It has been 31 days since my original purchase I never received anything and now they don't respond. They have no physical address. No Telephone # only a message box you can send a message but their email info isn't listed. I've never purchased anything that shows up on Facebook and the 1 time I decided to this is what happened. They are a scam company. I now have to contact the bank and report Fraud and ask for a new credit card. This is their Merchant Address 4029357733 they use online when they process your credit card. through paypal.. Buyers Beware!!!!!!!

I ordered a shaper from the company which I was advertised on their site. I received something completely different. When I requested a refund I was advised that I would have to pay for shipment or they can give me Five dollars. They are using photos from other people website and falsely advertising item. Do not buy from this company.
