I placed an order with them on March 16th, 2021 but it is now May 21st, and I still have not received my item. The tracking number they gave me is not valid on the post office's website either. I sent them an email on March 20th asking them why my item has not been shipped yet and we have been going back and forth since that date. All they are doing is sending me the same email over and over, telling me my item is in "transit," and they cannot process a refund. Keep in mind, it has been over TWO MONTHS and my item still has not moved. After going back and forth for so long, they agreed to send me a second item since I am clearly not getting the first one. They supposedly shipped this item on May 9th, but according to the tracking number they sent me, this item still has not moved either - it is just sitting in their facility. I have been in contact with them over this one too, but they are just repeating themselves again, claiming it is in transit. I asked them for PROOF it is in transit, but they will not show me and I have asked multiple times. Again... they are refusing to process a refund too.
