Was selling a ipad on kijiji he wanted me to send the iPad to the address shown in the Info then he would pay me from PayPal but after I sent it he sent the money but I got an email saying my PayPal couldn't get the 70 dollars because it wasn't a business account and he needed to send me another 200 to upgrade me to a business account and I would send the money back after he sent another 200 so 279 all together but then after he sent the $ it never went in my papal account but he said it deducted it from his bank account and for me to get the money to PayPal I would ha e to buy a 200 dollar gift card from my own pocket take a picture of the receipt and send him the gift card code then the $ would be deposited into my account after I send him the receipt and card code or he wouldn't get his 270 $ back. Then I called PayPal and they said it was a scam and that they do t hold funds and they don't charge for business accounts
