States he can do painting replace toilet sink repair and paint kitchen cabinets re do countertops He said you pay for materials when I bring them and he will pass his 25% discount to you. You don’t pay for labor until job done and you are satisfied. He starts too many things but doesn’t finish one. Sloppy sprayed paint on ceiling did not cover anything. Has overspray all over windows and frames. Ripped out appliances with crow bar. Damaged kitchen cabinets. When he was told he would get any more money until completed job. He packed up and left job taking with him materials he bought for the job.
