I paid for services that were to include a designing of a business logo and designing of a business website. After multiple issues, I finally had almost a finished website. Then they started asking for money for marketing I did not have. I told them will get back to them in couple of months. Few months after, when I get back to them finally getting ready to get the product going, my website was suddenly not existing anymore. They say it was a malware attack and wanted me to pay additional $1000. I already had paid them $2000 for the whole package, that was supposed to include protection and recovering on the website in case of a malware attack. They refuse to recover my website unless I pay them more money. The interesting part is that every time you want to talk to them about an issue, there is always a different person, and they all are managers?? I requested a full refund due the fact I paid for a website and there is no one. In their website, they claim to have a 100 percent satisfaction or will refund. That is not true. The moment I request a refund, they disappear. I see other similar reviews at google about them. I am also scare because they have my personal information. The name of the company is Logo Aspire.
