My laptop was frozen .the screen said it was of a virus. For 4 days I tried to get online to find out who to contact and a number popped up , I called them and they said they could fix it for $79 .After an hour or so they said it was all fixed and it was $299 with a 3 year servcie plan , I told them I did not want the plan, they said I had to take it and could cancel within 5 days and to call back. I tried 8 or 9 times to call them to cancel to no avail. Since then someone calls as instaffxus and says they are giving me a refund then tried to steal $498 from my account, They keep calling.
