I was contacted by someone calling themselves Mike Walter. They requested I price and make a countertop for a deaf client who was in hospital. The client told me by Email they were unable to talk to me because they hearing impaired. They alleged client provided me with a residential address of the house that was in the same city where I live. The client told me they had recently purchased. I did a search of the address in question and found no indication the house was for sale. To further confirm my suspicions I visited the address in question and was able to confirm with the home owner that they had lived in the house for six years, that the house was not for sale and that they had no plans to sell the house.
