Mike Roberts is the entity sending these harassing mailings. This is a supposed Real Estate company who will buy your property for cash. I have seen TV advertisements as well. When you search address, the only entity you find is Quality Towing & Auto Repair. I have received three such mailings since April 24th. I am sending. letter to these people asking them to stop. I am on the National DMAchoice Registry. I should not receive this crap. If it doesn't;t stop I will report it to the Attorney General's office. I am keeping records, maintaining the mailings, taking photos of them and the letter I have sent.

The Attorney General has already made warnings about supposed RealEstate companies buying property for cash. They rent space for a few months and move on to other places when they are caught or have scammed enough people. If they are a REAL company they would check the DMAchoice before send such unwanted, harassing mailings

I was contacted by Mr. Mike Roberts. I was told that if I was to put a Nestle drink wrap on my vehicle I would be paid $500 weekly. He stated that they were going to send out a $2,500 check and that I was to keep the $500 and I was to use the rest of the money to see a specialist to wrap the vehicle. I received the check today and I informed him that I had received it. He has contacted me several times to see if I had deposited the check into my personal bank account. I informed him to call me and he did not. He just wanted to text. I informed him that I was at the bank and that they needed to confirm the check (I was not at the bank.) I wanted to see what he was going to do in order to talk on the phone. He informed me that the check would clear in 24 hours. I searched online was found out that this is a complete scam targeting college students in need of money. I was informed that they send out bad checks and it never clears. I was also informed that if I was to deposit this check, then my bank account will close and I could be facing legal penalties.
