This person offered me an IMF Grant list and I chose to pay $3,000 for a $300,000 grant. After I was told I was approved for the grant he asked me to buy $1,500 in ITunes & text pictures to him. Then he wanted $1,000 more plus $300 more of ITunes which dummy I gave him. I thought he was legit as his friend Rosemary stole my friend with the same name on FB Messenger and she was texting me. I finally called my friend and it wasn't her. By this time it was too late and I'm out $5,800. I wish I could get him punished.
