On 4/9/21, Mike Bush of All American Construction came out to my home in Joplin to give me a bid on replacing some privacy fence, gas lines and rewiring my whole house. He seemed really great, so I signed a contract and he required a $2,000 down deposit. He followed me to the bank and I paid it on the 9th. He said he would be finished with the job by 4/26/21. On 4/12/21, Mike and two employees showed up and offered to finish the sheetrock for the cash we had on us, $125. They worked two hours and disappeared without any of us knowing. 4/13/21, two employees showed up and worked on the sheetrock. I never saw Mike or any of his employees again. During the two weeks of the contract, I called, texted and Facebook messaged him about 60 times. The first few days of them not being here, he responded a couple times stating he would come out later in the day. Never showed up.His number was disconnected and Facebook messages show undelivered. He didn’t do a single thing listed in our contract.
