I ordered a dog ball launcher (on facebook)& recieved just 3 balls no machine. I tried contacting the email & didn't go through. Tried another email no luck.

Purchased a dog tennis ball launcher back in November 2020. Shipping confirmation stated that 1 tennis ball launcher was shipped. Received in January, 3 tennis balls. Contacted company and they replied there was nothing they could do because on the packaging it stated I just bought the tennis balls. After 5 emails, they said they could only refund me $6 out of the $31 and I can keep the item or I could send them back for a full refund, but I have to pay for shipping back to China.
