I purchased a predator statue off of mightgamer.com for my dads birthday. He had seen an ad for it and told me it was what he wanted. Once it arrived, we noticed that it looked nothing like it was advertised and was also broken. Upon further investigation we discovered that mightgamer.com used a fake image of another statue that costs $1800, trying to make the consumer believe that it was the statue they were going to get. Their website states that they have 25/7/365 support and will refund with original packaging if you are not satisfied. None of my emails have been answered and when I messaged them through Facebook they take hours to reply and offered me a 20% refund. When I said that their policy promises a complete refund, they told me to email them and stopped replying. My emails have still never been answered.
