We received an invoice from Midwest Products (same address as Industrial Supply Systems) that was barely legible and not sure what sort of lighting they claim to have shipped. The order was for 327.70 for something we did not order and something we did not receive. When contacted for information about a shipping confirmation, they sent me a bogus UPS tracking receipt. When we called to ask about the items, they could not tell us what the invoice number was, what was ordered, who ordered it, or any real information about the item. They continued to probe us for that information. This is not a real company but a front for fraud. They threatened to send us to collections, which won’t happen since that would bring the law into the situation. These people were rude, vague, and hostile.
