I ordered a double burial box from a company named Mid-South Urn Supply in Jackson, TN from their online website. The order was placed, the money was deducted from my bank account and I never received my order. There is one telephone number listed and each time I called it went to a voicemail saying mailbox is full. There is an email address for this company and after multiple emails was sent from myself, once again...no reply from the company. At a time when a loved one is lost, this person knows how to prey on people's emotions, take their money and leave them with nothing to put their loved one's remains in for burial.
