I received, Thursday 10/04/2018, hoop earrings and an invoice showing balance due in the amount of $259.94 which included shipping & processing of $9.95. This was addressed to my incorrect legal name. I did call and spoke with two different individuals which wanted me to give the last four digits of my social security number and when I asked them to give me the last four digits of social security number provided they told me they could not for security reasons so I then refused to give them mine. I told them I did not make this order which they told me was an online order 10/03/2018 and could not believe an order would be shipped without credit card info. They told me they would send a free shipping return label and some forms to be filled out and returned
