I want to thank Better Business Bureau for allowing me this opportunity to cure some defects. Midland credit management willfully uses legal loopholes In the attempt of unsuspecting consumers. In my own independent investigation these are some of the results. 1. Failure to display advertisement on postal mail. PO 320 St Cloud MN and/or PO box 340 Whitepark MN without [MCM] logo. [I WILL NOT OPEN OR ACCEPT ANY MAIL THAT CHOOSES NOT TO ADVERTISE ANYTHING OTHER THAN A PO ADDRESS"S.] Well in that case if it's a company trying to collect debt then you will lose they will use that against you.The difference in furniture AKA debt collectors names makes a difference. Example:1.MIDLAND MANAGE. Example: 2. MIDLAND MANAGEMENT. EXAMPLE: 3 MIDLAND MANAGEMEN. Please understand that these different appellations of name spellings are not errors. How do I know? I contracted with one of the best Credit repair specialist that is available and my first-hand knowledge credit repair no less than a month later sometimes days later MIDLAND MANAGEMENT in a different spelling of there name appears on my credit profile. Now as a consumer of goods and services I believe as a Citizen only the consumer can give authorization to companies for inquiries or permission to use that credits. Please allow me a chance to appease to your intellect, The credit bureaus involved except me have stated the indebtedness was validated also accurate. So April 11th 2022 I sent certified mail return receipt requested notarized to Midland credits chief compliance officer requesting, the debt be validated on my behalf sent to my address notarized from then until this day I have not received any certified mail honoring my request. Maybe it was a mistake, an error or maybe the company did not receive my request so I can personally Inspect presentment that orchestrated access to my credit . Request to Midland credit management was [Delivered and sign for around] April 19th 2022 . Now that the statues of limitation are up for this Unverified dispute to the MIDLAND MANGEMENT now legally they can start reporting back on my credit and Midland Credit Management has back logging for the two months that they couldn't report updating with derogatory is also, except they have not verified the Debt with the consumer. Fair? Ethical? But legal yes a violation to the consumer yes.I hope that Midland credit eventually verifies the Debt with me the consumer but, the most important thing that is certified. Thank You Better Business Bureau for giving me this opportunity As in a consumer to voice my concerns of independent findings. I am very concerned how how morals and ethics and honesty are out the window just for business.
