Their ad came up on my Instagram feed, I clicked on the ad and ordered one of their products (chair & ottoman). My bank processed the $199 charge and the payment went through. The product was supposedly shipped and never arrived at my address. The shipment tracking said the delivery took place on Sept. 18th, 2020 but the delivery when to Royal Oak, Michigan. I live in Long Beach, CA. I don't know anyone in Michigan. I called USPS and said they delivered to the address provided by the merchant and the address on the label. I have attached the screenshot of the Michigan address, and, the screenshot of my purchase. At no point I typed an address in Michigan.

Additionally, I have emailed them 3 times in the past 5 days and have not received an email back. Also, USPS says the package only weight 1 ounce. I highly doubt a chair and ottoman can weight that amount. I have alerted our company lawyer as well.

Their email account is [email protected] For some reason this online system does not let me use their email account in that section.
