Hello im a 19 year old boy and I recently bought a brand new alternator for my car at nappa 500$. I had it installed at Midas on 6th and thought all was well. but recently I've been having alternator issues so I decided to take it out myself and discovered it is not the alternator I purchased for my vehicle. I confronted management and was told midas has no record of working on my vehicle. Im seeking justice and help i do not have a receipt from nappa and have no proof other then having the alternator that midas put in my car and that my grandpa buy it for me beacuse he has an employee discount.
