Contactor said his name was Richard and that they were on their way to shut off my electricity I needed to pay them $497 or my electricity would be shut off and then transferred me to their supervisor my husband was on the phone with them so I called mid America energy to let them know what was going on

And to confirm that my account was in good standing they was being very demanding
