There is a number listed for Microsoft on google that takes you to an office with the same person claiming to be a rep and a supervisor. Once I complained on the fact they hung up on me three times they tried to justify that it was because they could not help me trace my unexplained charge. Then we I realized it was a scam and called them out on it they called me back begging me to remove my google review and not report them. Then said he could help me if I removed my google review.
