I ordered a sweater advertised by Microsoft Buy Direct online. I didn't think it would be a bad thing since it was Microsoft. My receipt said package was coming form N.J. USA. Then I was told item was being help up in customs. When I questioned this, I was told item was in China. When package arrived 3 weeks later, it was definitely not what I ordered. It was nothing like the beautiful sweater in the photo that was advertised. Everything was different about it, with the exception it was of a blue color and it was a sweater. It was so cheap, a bit shocking and I wouldn't even feel comfortable donating it. It belongs in the trash. I was scammed. This was false advertising and a fraudulent sale of goods. Not as described. Very deceptive. I sent several emails and photos. Seems their avoiding me. The return info. said they would refund the money once it was approved and it could take 14 days. They did not provide a phone number on any of the emails, invoice, customer service contact or return form. Now these people have my name address and credit card #. The senders name and address on package were from Jane (no last name) 371 Little Falls RD STE 4 Cedar Grove NJ 07009.
