Have received multiple phone calls for the past 3 months stating the company is Microsoft Works calling to perform updates on my computer. This is a hacker!!! They call from multiple numbers, but the 2 most frequent are 888-776-0959 and 414-375-0631. They told me they would fix my computer, but when I didn't pay them the $499 for the 5 year support plan, they shut down my computer. i had to take it to a real computer repair place for them to fix it and CLEAN up all the malicious software (malware) they had installed.

Do NOT fall victim to this scam!!!
