I was contacted about repairing a security breech on my computer. During the call I was told to enter a web page/pass code that the provided. During this time my computer was alerting me to lock the computer. At this point i was told to turn the volume down because the alert was interfering with the call. I then shut the entire computer off because it apperared that this person was trying to download my personal information off my computer.
