I have been contacted numerous times via the phone from Microsoft technical department informing me I have malware and virus on my computer. This am, my computer was taking over by a recording informing me all my secure data on my computer was currently being stolem. It left a number to call. I knew it to be a scam and called anyway. I told them there is nothing wrong with my computer and told they are a scam. He hung up and I received another caller and I told him I work for Microsoft and there is no such dept.He hung up. Taking over the computer with this message is rather bold and aggressive. It seems to me it would be easy to shut them down.
