He sent message saying my computer was locked because of hackers ! and convinced me to let him have remote access and brought up all kind of stuff such as porn on my computer also said they were from Russia and .China. Then he asked my to login to my Bank account, That is when I shut down my computer. His name on caller ID is James Spencer, He said he a Microsoft Tech, I am not sure. I need to know if it is a scam.
