Computer locked up and flashing. Phone number came up in box saying technician from Microsoft could help. I called number and she said she would get a tech to delete malwear and it would be$298. For this and she had to take charge of connected. Tried to get money for fire wall for 3 months. I refused. Tech got on computer and said he was cleaning up system. Said he would call back next day and gave me security question. He called next day and said fire wall wasn't working and he would show me errors. At this point l turned off computer
