I was alerted On my computer that we had contracted a virus of malware, spyware, pornographic something and to call Microsoft support right away for help because our information has been stolen. I called the number listed on the screen and then they walked me through downloading software that allows them to take over my computer. It was at this point that some of his questions and his urgency started to concern me. He then asked if I use my computer for online banking. It was at that point that I unplugged my computer and hung up right away.
