Mike Enderson (MST 400976) answer told me my account was hack and all my info was stolen and I should not call contact anyone. Made me switch to my cell number. Told me over 4000.00 was taken from my account from a porno company call I think called Hornpro. He used my computer (viewinstaller). Told me not to used contact anyone because I was being watch on the computer. He ask for my bank 800 number so I can speak to a rep. Her name was Cynthia Nenson. She told me my money will be recover (FDIC) if I follow her steps. She told me to go to Home Depot near my house and get 9, $500.00 credit cards. Tolal 4000.00. I was only able to purchase 6 because I was overdrawn. On my cell phone she directed my ever step on what to do. I scratch off the numbers and gave it to her plus took pictures and sent it to her. I was told to wait 24 hrs so they can track the users, and don't worry because FDIC would reimburse me. Worry and scare I did not check my account till the next day. This happen on 4/25/23. Check to see my account and I was overdrawn. Microsoft contact me on my house phone and claim to say a claim had been put out and switch me to her. She call me that day, and I told her my account was overdrawn and I cancel my card. She said it was not 24hours and I need to trust her. Then she tries to convince me to close my 401 account and saying it was in jeopardy that's when it hit me that I was already scam out of 3000.00. I pretend to listen to her but she was on the house phone not my cell. I went to my bank and report what happen and they filed a claim, unfortunately they cannot reimburse me. The pictures of the credit cards was sent to this number 423-212-9756. On my home phone they kept calling. The number was 1-202-217-8943. I check all the cards and the money is gone. I don't know if anything can be done because I was the one who purchase the cards. If there is anything you can do to help me please let me no.
